Rapid Reagents uses the information you provide to create your store account, confirm and fulfil orders, and let you track their progress.

Google sign-in

When you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies your account identifier, verified email address and basic profile information. We store your identifier, email and display name. We do not request access to your Gmail, contacts, Google Drive or other Google account content. Google handles authentication; we do not receive your Google password.

Order information

We store the products you order and the contact, delivery, institution and optional GST information you submit. Store administrators use this information to confirm orders by phone and arrange delivery. Your signed-in account can view the orders placed through that account.

Storage and cookies

The store and its database are hosted on Railway. Google processes sign-in under its own privacy policy. We use an essential sign-in cookie that expires after seven days, a short-lived sign-in verification cookie, and browser session storage to keep your cart during sign-in. Signing out invalidates your store session.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time and revoke the store’s Google access in your Google Account settings. Contact rapidreagents@gmail.com to request account deletion, correction of your information, or details about retention. Order records may need to be retained to fulfil orders and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
